My Favourite Place

We started this workshop by talking about the elements of art.

These are;

Line, Shape, Colour, Form, Value, Texture and Space. 

After talking about the elements of art we had a talk about their favourite place, and the people they share this space with. 

It was great to hear everyone's favourite place. Children's imagination is so vivid when talking about all these places.
It makes them happy to recall on this memories by bringing them to life through their drawings

Mural Under the Sea

A great activity to work with children of different ages. We start talking about the ocean and the different creatures that live in it. And then let their imagination go and start drawing.

Materials:Black PaperChalk PastelsScissorsBlue tack

• First of all the children have to draw their fishes, turtles, sea horses or any other ocean animal they like.

After they are finished, we cut them and put them on the mural background. It makes the classroom colourful and vibrant.
